Kids and their pets have always had a special relationship. Kids writing about their pets is the next logical step.  Because stories entertain and teach at the same time. The world needs more kids writing. Kids Writing About Their Pets – 2nd Place Winner

Kids like to write about their pets - which is why HRD asked the Fairport Public Library if they would like to help out with a writing contest that we called: Fairport Literally Goes To The Dogs. Fairport Literally Goes to the Dogs!

Nothing is better than kids and dogs unless it's kids Writing About Kids And Dogs.  And, on that note,  I'm really excited to share what will be an on-going part of Healing Rescue Dogs for the month of December.
